I've recently been extremely excited to discover that my body fat has dropped drastically from 11% down to a current 7.5%! All of this after discovering a trully fantastic program that I am so grateful to have found. The Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle program is everything that I have said it is and more. I have virtually no doubt in my mind that anyone who tries this program will surely benefit in some way or another. I admit that 11% body fat is not too bad and would actually be a pretty good accomplishment for most people, the fact still remains though that most, if not all the fitness or other models you see with a solid 6 pack of abs and a tight, toned physique has a lower overall body fat lower than 11%. As my trainer once put it, 11% body fat is pretty good but 5% is much, much better. So, the reality is that all though I've achieved some moderate results on my own, that after implementing the new strategies and techniques that I've learned while using the Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle program has lowered my body fat from double to single digits and counting! I'm very thrilled to see where this will continue with my ultimate goal of reaching between 4.5 to 5% overall body fat level!

Regularly updating my progress and assisting others with some great motivational ideas and strategies is what this blog is actually all about! I will continue to keep everyone posted on my progression.
